This week saw the successful completion of the first episode of the newly-launched TBC Show - The Co-Founder Hunt. Now, there are 5 shows a week, in total. Woohoo!
The Builder’s Club is constantly upgrading itself, bringing in more startups and bridging the gap between startups and VCs. Apart from that, TBC is also working on the precious community of around 2,400 builders, introducing them to new products with the Testers group. An honorable mention being the recent Builder’s Club Fellowship, which is an internship program wherein students are given a chance to work on their skills of choice.

>The Co-Founder Hunt 🕵️♂️
(🥁🥁…Drumrolls!…) The first episode of The Co-Founder Hunt saw two startups, Gigsboard and Balcony pitching in their business and their current requirements.
The Builders Club started Co-Founder Hunt to solve one of the major problems that startup founders face - finding the right team members! With this event, founders get a platform to pitch the idea of their startup and connect with like-minded people and make fruitful connections.

Gigsboard : Looking for Marketing / BD / Operations Co-founder
It is the world's first outsourcing as a service platform wherein businesses can delegate their complex work to freelancers bridging the gap between Small & Medium Businesses, Boutique Agencies and Freelancers. The startup wants a passionate marketer for the position of a CMO who would also be leading business development.
Balcony: Looking for Tech Co-founder
Startup revolving around video compression who wants to make video transfer and usage a bit easier by compression and also maintaining the quality of it. The startup is looking for a CTO to lead the tech team.

Kundan Shahi is the founder and CEO of LegalPay. LegalPay is India’s first third-party litigation finance platform that focuses mostly on late-stage cases with high legal merits including less management and transaction fee.
Kashish Grover is the CIO of LegalPay and a founding member of a food & beverage start-up. He is an investor, mentor, and guest speaker with a previous experience of PwC in Goldman Sachs.

e-RUPI
e-RUPI is an e-voucher, which will be delivered to beneficiaries in the form of a QR code and SMS-string-based voucher through which funds will be directly transferred to their bank account. These vouchers are person- and purpose-specific, meaning if they are released by the government for the purpose of vaccination, then they can be redeemed only for that.
Nykaa IPO
India’s largest omnichannel beauty and wellness retailer Nykaa plans to raise about $500-700 mn at a valuation of ~$4-5 billion by listing on the Indian stock exchanges. Started in 2012 with the online space, it diversified into offline stores in 2015 and has 70+ stores under its operations.
PolicyBazaar IPO
SoftBank-backed PolicyBazaar is looking to raise up to 6,500 crores ($870 million) through an initial public offering (IPO). This makes it the fifth Indian startup to initiate such plans this year.
Microsoft invests in Oyo
Microsoft is in the advanced stages of talks to invest in Oyo, valuing the Indian startup at about $9 billion, according to people with knowledge of the matter. The proposed size of the investment is unclear.
Google making its own chips
Google announced it will build its own smartphone processor, called Google Tensor, that will power its new Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro phones this fall. Google always struggled with its goal of being distinct in the smartphone marketplace. Let’s see what happens with this step which is just like Apple.

A brand is not only an icon, it is an identification of who you are. Personal branding is the combination of your skills and experiences. It is tough to create and maintain your personal identity. Your confidence, your vision, your approach towards problems and things, determine your identity.
